Anyone For A Beer Of The Week Post?

Regular readers will no doubt eagerly await my Beer Of The Month posts. I mean, what could be better than reading about all the good stuff that I've had in the last month, with perfect descriptions of all the attributes of said beers?

Actually you're probably bored of them, you probably think my taste in beer is crap, and my descriptions of the beers rubbish, but it's a feature I'm going to keep going, if you don't mind!

It could be worse I could be doing a Beer Of The Week feature like this chap. You've got to admire the willpower to keep it up, although his taste in beer isn't exactly the same as mine.

By the way I hope you all had a good Easter; I'm drinking a Corsendonk Christmas Ale tonight. After all the weather hasn't exactly been seasonal.

Judging by his beers of the week, the guy's a moron!

I've been contacted by Joe whose blog I linked to, who said the following:

Hey thanks for checking out the little blog and the beer of the week posts. It is a little boring throwing them up there ever week, but it is an old college tradition and my friends toss me some ideas every now and again. For the most part my picks are not always beers I like all the much but for some reason ended up drinking during the week previous. I am always up for new beers and suggestions so if you can think of good stuff that I can get my hands on in the states I am more than willing to listen. For the most part I am partial to pale ales, but I will give just about anything a taste.

    Thanks again for stopping by.

Seems like a nice guy, and wasn't hurt by my insinuation that his beer picks are less than perfect!

I like your beer of the month feature.

If people don't like it, they don't have to read it!

Perhaps I was unkind. His choice of beers is a little mainstream for me!
