    Classical Music With Your Tinnies

I realise this is supposed to be a blog about beer, but in my defence I have bought beer from the store so there is a tenuous link, but look what they are doing at my local supermarket.

    You couldn't make it up.

I can't Handel that sort of nonsense. Perhaps the shoppers were so afraid they dropped their Chopin Liszt?

Whenever I see an article that contains the words "Gangs of youths who have terrorised shoppers", I feel like punching the nearest sub-editor in the face.

I'm sorry, I lost my temper there, I wish I Haydn't have said that. I'm starting to un-Ravel. Bach to the drawing board, I'm afraid.

They've been doing this at scary overground stations in London for a couple of years now. It seems to work -- and it's not unpleasant when you're waiting for a train in the drizzle1

    Zak - That's very good!

I use that supermarket occasionally and can honestly say that those youths are far from threatening. Kids have got to go somewhere and a shop which opens until 11 provides some light rather than a dingy corner where they could hang around.

I must go there soon just to get my culture fix.
