There is a vast number of beer blogs around at the moment which I enjoy reading greatly, and am grateful that I have been welcomed into the "community" in this way.Tweet Tweet

I've Gone Freelance!
I was very pleased to be asked to do a guest spot on renowned American blog Hop Talk. It has been published today and is about American beer in the UK. Please go read the article and also enjoy guest pieces from other UK bloggers Boak and Bailey and The Beer Nut.

When I started blogging in January I was the only active UK beer blog.
Since then Pete Brown started his up again, there's Boak and Bailey, Ron's blog, the Zythophile, Melissa Cole and of course your good self.
This is obviously good for those who want to read about beer online, but also for we bloggers. The interplay between different sites leads to far more interesting discussions and helps to keep things fresh.
PS. The Beer Nut is Irish!
Re The Beer Nut: I know he's Irish, and I know that's not the UK. I had intented to write European but something bizarre happened to my brain! No ofence meant obviously!
I enjoy reading all the blogs mentioned as they provide a lot of local information.
And, being interested in foreign beer as I am, a lot of the overseas blogs are great reading also.
